6 Things You Definitely Must Do At Dreamforce 2016

Dreamforce is as much about business as it is about fun. There are so many things to do in these four days that the possibility of you getting overwhelmed by all the action, is highly likely. But before you go ahead and say, “I’ll make sure that I do that, in the next Dreamforce”, go through this list and try and make them happen!

1. Visit The Awesome Booths At The Cloud Expo

The Cloud Expo’s will be open from:

  • 12 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, Oct 4
  • 10 am to 5 pm on Wednesday, Oct 5
  • 9 am to 5 pm on Thursday, Oct 6 and
  • 9  am to 2 pm on Friday, Oct 7

Here you’ll witness the largest gathering of cloud computing companies with innovative and interesting technology. Oh, and many of them will be giving out free goodies. So rest assured, you’ll walk out of the Cloud Expo with a bagful of treats and freebies.

When you are at Cloud Expo , do visit our Booth for a personal demo of Whatfix. We would love to show you how we improve self-service capabilities of web products, ease their onboarding, customer experience, support, and augment all their employee training efforts.

2. Breakout sessions

Dreamforce 2016 is expected to have more than 2,000 sessions and well like last year, they are much anticipated. And the best part about it is that irrespective of your industry, company size or role, you will find these sessions that would benefit you.

Keep and eye out for what all sessions you want to attend, and be sure to grab a seat as soon as the Agenda Builder is released.

3. Dreamfest

The most anticipated event, as usual, is the Dreamfest. Last year’s Dreamfest was crazily dreamy enough with the concert featuring Foo Fighters, The Killers and Gary Clark Jr. And this year we have huge expectations. (Stay tuned to us to get the latest info about Dreamfest in Dreamforce 2016)

As per Dreamforce 2016 website, this year Dreamfest will be held on the second day, i.e on Wednesday, Oct 5, from 7 pm onwards. So, how excited are you?

4. Attend Keynotes of Marc Benioff and other guest speakers

Keynotes by notable technology leaders and celebrities are one of the biggest highlights of Dreamforce. And guess what, few of the speakers of this year’s conference are already announced. Tomorrow, from 10 AM to 1 PM, let your spirit and mind free. The Mindfulness Keynotes of Dreamforce will feature Goldie Hawn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and David Gelles. And their aim will be to make us delve deeper into our consciousness. So cut yourself some slack and get some peace.

This Dreamforce 2016, you will get to witness and learn from well-known luminaries like:

  • Melinda Gates, Co-chair, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
  • Deborah Dugan, CEO, RED
  • Billie Jean King, Sports Icon & Humanitarian
  • Patricia Arquette, Academy Award winner, and Activist
  • Tony Robbins, Life and Business strategist
  • Captain Mark Kelly, Astronaut, NASA
  • Captain Scott Kelly, Astronaut, NASA
  • Daniel Goleman, Author , Emotional Intelligence and Psychologist
  • Larry Brilliant, Chairman, Skoll Global Threats Fund

There will be more amazing people on #DF16’s roster. And we will get back to you as soon as we get more information on it.

6. Visit the Dreampark

A place with a lot of awesome music (including live karaoke), food, games, programming, opportunities to volunteer for activities, live streams and bean bags where you can sit and relax. The only problem with this place is that once you are here, you won’t feel like going elsewhere.

Are you coming for Dreamforce 2016? Then don’t forget to come by the Whatfix booth and say hi.
